NATURAL RUBBER PROCESSING LINE
SVR 3L/ SVR 5/ SVR CV 50/60
SVR 3L/ SVR 5/ SVR CV50/60 are Standardized Vietnamese Rubber are Standardized Vietnamese Rubber Latex rubber directly exploited from rubber plantation and carried to local Factory for processing.
SVR 10-SVR 20
SVR 3L/ SVR 5/ SVR CV50/60 are Standardized Vietnamese Rubber are Standardized Vietnamese Rubber Latex rubber directly exploited from rubber plantation and carried to local Factory for processing.
Latex rubber after being processed in to crumb will be dried at more than 100o C ( 110 +/-5 o C ) and pressed in to bale at high pressure then packed according to general standards of 33.33kgs or 35kgs/bale.
Finish-products SVR 3L/ SVR 5/ SVR CV50/60 with light yellow collor applied for producing rubber products with high quality.

SVR 10-SVR 20
SVR 10/ SVR 20 are Standardized Vietnamese Rubber to be made from dried, concentrated cup lump and lace rubber. At the Factory, materials to be strictly treated through many steps to extract foreign matter, dirt… aiming assure finish-products meet standards TCVN 3769-1995 of Vietnam.
SVR 10-SVR 20 material after being processed in to crumb will be dried at more than 100o C ( 110 +/-5 o C ) and pressed in to bale at high pressure then packed according to general standards of 33.33kgs or 35kgs/bale .
Finish-products SVR 10/ SVR 20 with dark brown yellow collor applied for producing rubber products as such as tyre, outsole and others.
